 Tier II Reporting
If you are a prime supplier to Deutsche Bank and have been asked to report your diversity spend into the Deutsche Bank Tier II reporting system, please login (on the left) to begin the reporting process. You will need the User Name and Password which was sent to you via email by CVM Solutions.If you need to access the Tier II reporting system but havenít been provided a User Name and Password, please send an email requesting access to: us.supplierdiversity@db.com.
  • Report your MWBE (Minority/Women Business Enterprise) spending for the quarter which has just ended. Typically, the reporting period will begin on the first business day after the end of each quarter. You will have approximately four weeks to report your MWBE spending.
  • Keep in mind that any indirect spending you have with MWBE suppliers will be reported by ethnic /diversity categories and you will be reporting any direct spend by specific diverse suppliers.
  • Remember to include any MWBE spending your company does in Puerto Rico.
  • A job aid and additional reporting instructions can be accessed once you have logged into the system.
For purposes of this program, Deutsche Bank considers a minority or woman-owned business to be one which meets the following criteria:
  • The company is at least 51% owned and operated by a United States citizen who is a member of one of the following groups:
    • Minority Business Enterprises: 
      • Companies certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (MBE) www.nmsdc.org/, Small Business Administration / Federal Government Agency www.ccr.gov, or any state or local government agency in their area as:
        • African American 
        • Hispanic American (Spanish or Portuguese speaking areas of Latin American or the following regions: Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean basin)
        • Native American (American Indian, Eskimo, Aleut and Native Hawaiian) Individuals must be regarded as such by the community of which the person claims to be a part. Native Americans must be documented members of a North American tribe, band or otherwise organized group of native people who are indigenous to the continental United States or who otherwise have a special relationship with the United States or a state through treaty, agreement or some other form of recognition.
        • Asian American (Pacific Asian Americans [Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, the Philippines, Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Trust Territories of the Pacific or the Northern Marianas] and Asian Indians [India, Pakistan and Bangladesh])
    • Women (non ethnic women) Business Enterprises:  
      • Companies certified by Womenís Business Enterprise National Council (WBE) www.wbenc.org or any state or local government agency in their area
    Tier II spending consists of payments made to minority or non-ethnic women owned businesses for the purchase of goods and services, used directly or indirectly, in support of a majority supplier, which in this case is Deutsche Bank.
